Four Points by Sheraton Regina is looking for a Director of Sales for our brand new property.
The Director of Sales is responsible for total revenue strategies, implementation and results including group and transient rooms, group food and beverage, meeting room rental, local catering, outlet, and other revenues. Strategies will include market mix, pricing, direct sales and marketing. Maximize profitability for the hotel and outstanding quality service for the clients. Accountable to market performance and potential performance as well as budget, forecast, and target goals.

To join our team as Director of Sales you must be able to speak, read, write and understand English with some college preferred. We are looking for a team member who has at least three years previous sales and marketing leadership experience in a hotel. Detail oriented, organized and is able to meet specific deadlines and sales goals. Has the ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written to be able connect with our guests and team members. Have good computer knowledge.
