KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of SIGA's guiding principles, structure, and First Nations culture.
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn additional programs as required.
Knowledge of casino department functions and casino promotions.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
Must consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee
Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)
Must be 19 years of age or older
OTHER INFORMATION:
Irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
Could be exposed to tobacco smoke and high noise levels
Congested workplace
Sitting (2hrs at a time)
Lifting (up to 50lbs, Players Club promotion items, assisting with trade show set up, other supplies)
Keyboarding/Coordination of fine motor skills (continual except for breaks)
MAIN DUTIES:
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager and under the supervision of the Guest Services Supervisor, this position provides convenient services to Casino guests by responding to general inquiries and providing information on Casino services, events and promotions.
