Service Writer is responsible for the administrative functions of the Service Department including the various accounting needs. This role also provides administrative support to the Service Manager.
You answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate; log information on calls received, answer client inquiries regarding appointments and other queries where needed. Collaborate with Service Administrator and Manager to schedule Service techs to jobs. Maintain filing system for work orders.
You also must maintain master list of A/R and conduct collection calls on client accounts weekly.
You will cover reception when needed; perform general clerical duties.
