The position is accountable for the development and management of market center results including the achievement of related business results for grain and customer management.  Accountable for achieving a balance between profitability, market-share and customer service goals.

Experience Required:

Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated successful experience in the areas of grain procurement and farm supply marketing. Three (3) years of this experience must have been in a management capacity.  Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  
Education: Post secondary degree in Agriculture or Commerce.  An Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
