Job Description:
Engage clients within our show homes, both single-family and townhouse homes in multiple locations throughout Regina and surrounding area.
Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable and beneficial new home for the individual.
Complete sales contracts for new home purchases.
Ability to work 6 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
Coach clients throughout the entire building process from contract to closing and after sale follow-up
Skills and Experience:
Positive, outgoing, ambitious, energetic and career oriented.
Ability to engage and interact with various clientele and create the level of trust required in a new home purchase.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Excel in a fast paced environment.
Sales, retail, call centre, customer service and/or hospitality experience is preferred.
