The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for identifying and assessing business requirements and/or processes and liaising amongst stakeholders for one of Celeros largest clients. The position is one of business specialist and technology generalist. Business Analysts work to align technology solutions with business strategies and may be focused externally on assigned customers and customer groups or internally on product and service quality enhancement.

Your Resume
Two or three year community college diploma in computer science or several years of practical experience in the analysis, design and delivery of IT projects may be an acceptable substitute.
A track record of continuous professional development, with strong focus on systems development technologies, systems analysis, and methodologies.
The ideal candidates will have at least 2-5 years proven experience in an analyst role in either business or technology arenas.
Proven ability to gather and assess customer needs and determine impact on business processes.
Must demonstrate experience in developing and writing clear functional business requirements and translating those to system specifications.
Knowledge of the system development life cycle and exposure to Project Management.
Experience coordinating activities of team members that you may have no direct authority over.
Experience with Member Cards, Credit Union Banking systems, and Debit Card processing.
Exposure to system testing industry practices is required.
