Description

Fast paced Accounting Firm is seeking a self motivated individual for Administrative Assistant.

Office education or similar post secondary is an asset.

Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be friendly, organized, pay close attention to detail, able to meet deadlines, outgoing, team player, able to work independently, proficient in word processing and eager to learn.

Duties will include but are NOT limited to answering phones, typing letters and financial statements, providing customer service, ordering office materials, processing corporate and personal tax returns, and other duties as required.
