Description

We are currently looking for FULL TIME BELLMAN to join our team at Saskatoon Inn Hotel and Conference Centre.

As our Bellman, you will represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay by providing superior customer care.


Job Description:
Reporting to the Front Office Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for offering and providing luggage assistance, drive complimentary shuttle service, obtaining and providing information to guest and or visitor inquiries informing guests of hotel services, features and room amenities and coordinating all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently.
Additionally this position attends to the immediate needs of VIPs upon arrival and throughout their stay.

Qualifications:
o    Must be able to lift, without issue, 40lbs or more.
o    Applicants must have valid Class 4 or 5 (Class 4 preferred) unrestricted license with knowledge of both automatic and manual transmission.
o    Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with first-rate communication and observational skills; contributes an energetic and positive attitude to the hotel atmosphere.
o    Must display a high level of initiative, and possess excellent guest relations skills and leadership skills.
o    Must have demonstrated the ability to work effectively under pressure and have the ability to handle high volumes of challenging guest-related interactions with professionalism.
o    Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented; ability to be able to balance technical and guest service successfully is critical.
o    Must be flexible in scheduling and willing/able to work all shifts, including graveyard, where required.
o    Maintain professional business confidentiality as required

Terms of Employment:
    Full time. Weekend, Day, Evening; Requires Flexibility, and able to work rotating shifts.
