Warner Industries is a leader in the commercial truck & trailer industry. We are looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk who is a fun, friendly, energetic individual and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Will Include:
-Process accounts receivable payments
-Prepare deposits
-Complete credit checks
-Follow-up on past due accounts
-Set up new customer accounts
-Prepare monthly statements, mail & email, etc.
-Mail/email/fax daily invoicing
-Other accounts receivable duties as assigned
-Process Purchase Orders from our Parts & Service department
-Invoice filing
-Daily cash out
-Assisting with various accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Must be educated in Accounting or have comparative experience in bookkeeping
-Must be flexible in scheduling
