Communiplex Custodial Duties

The Allan & District Communiplex is requesting tenders for the 2014 - 2015 season. Duties include, but not limited to: cleaning entrances, washrooms, lobby area, lounge, stairwells, dressing rooms and hallways as well as any other general cleaning and maintenance inside the facility.

Ice Maker and Maintenance  Arena (Skating and/or Curling Ice Surfaces)

The Allan & District Communiplex is requesting tenders for Ice Maker and Maintenance for one or both ice surfaces for the 2014 - 2015 season.  Duties include but not limited to: preparation, cleaning and maintenance of the ice, snow removal by entrances as well as cleaning bleachers, general maintenance and any other duties associated with the ice area and the exterior of the building.


The following applies to the above tenders:
Applicants must have the ability to work irregular hours and have a high standard of cleaning and maintenance.


Kitchen Buyer

The Allan & District Communiplex is requesting tenders for Buyer for the kitchen supplies for the 2014-2015 season.

Contract(s) to commence November 2014 and conclude March 2015 (tentative).
