Matrix Security & Technical is looking for a natural problem solver with experience in wired and wireless alarm installation, video surveillance, and card access systems.
The Alarms System installer is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of security systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communications skills, with a natural ability to explain technical information to uniformed consumers. They will be detail oriented with strong problem solving ability and must be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities and must possess knowledge of the security industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering incredible customer service and creating positive customer experiences
- Must be courteous and professional at all times and be neat in appearance
- Fulfill scheduled customer appointments in a timely fashion
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair of a variety of security systems for residential and commercial clients
- Running and fishing wires
- Keep informed of new products and developments
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Take phone calls from clients and customers
- Must be able to communicate back and for to Saskatoon office for direction, schedule, and dispatches
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Experience with wired and wireless security system installation
- Valid drivers license
- Must possess their own basic set of tools
- Must be flexible and willing to travel around the province (South Sask)
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Criminal Record Check
- Must be bondable
