Description

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for preserving and enhancing the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel facilities by providing a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services

Responsibilities:
- general maintenance duties
- Perform preventative and proactive maintenance
- Ensure the internal work order process is utilized effectively by responding to and tracing all requests and prioritizing each work order
- Inspect all equipment for wear and damage
and effectiveness
- Assist in maintaining hotel esthetics, both interior and exterior
-Provide a high standard of customer service by communicating with guests and assisting them with any needs they have
-Perform grounds maintenance

Preferred Qualifications:
Practical knowledge and skills: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry
1 - 3 years related experience
Firemans papers are preferred but not required

This is a part-time permanent position 25-30 hours/week with the opportunity to turn into full-time within 3 months.
