BLOUIN FINANCIAL GROUP LTD. is a cutting edge investment company, the first in Saskatchewan to offer to its client base, a thorough, diversified product shelf of exempt market securities through TriView Capital.  Due to its successful expansion, Blouin Financial Group Ltd. is now accepting applications for the position of a full-time entry level Administrative Assistant.  We offer a driven, collaborative and energetic work environment that is committed to its client base and is focused on integrity and leadership.  

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for general administrative support to the financial Team Advisors ensuring the timely and accurate processing of confidential business transactions, assisting with the servicing of client needs and creating/updating the client data base. The individual will also be responsible for preparing correspondence and responding to inquiries by phone, email or in person.  In addition, the successful candidate will ensure proper workflow between both assistants and continual cross-training.

Requirements of the position:
    Business School/Office Administration Diploma will be given first consideration or equivalent experience in the financial investment and/or insurance field.
    Attention to detail and confidentiality is of extreme importance.
    Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accurate attention to detail.
    Effectively communicate with others using strong written/oral skills.
    Excellent organizational skills.
    Strong computer skills.
    Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement.
    Bilingual in French preferred
    General daily tidying and cleaning duties.
