About the Opportunity:
FCI Accelerated Solutions (FCIAS) is currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our Regina team. We offer both full time and contract opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess 3+ years experience providing technical support to a multi-vendor group and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will be customer service focused and have the ability to analyze situations and proactively trouble shoot incidents. Other skills required:
Documenting the life cycle of incidents and transferring knowledge to others
Providing leadership/training other help desk analysts
Responding to network, server and communication problems as needed
Knowledge of Windows 7 and higher, Office 2010, and Lotus Notes 8.5 on multiple platforms
Qualifications
ITIL/HDI certifications or higher considered an asset
Microsoft certification in MCP, MCSA, MCSE or MCITP considered an asset
Computer science degree
