Due to continued growth, Absolute Results Productions Ltd. is seeking Sales Trainers, with automotive sales experience, to join our winning team. Working full time as a consultant, you will be covering markets all across Canada.
A natural self-starter, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, as well as executive private sales events, to help dealerships across Canada, and their staff, to maximize sales.
This dynamic and challenging role will encompass the delivery of on-site sales team training and coaching, as well as effectively staging the dealership, to maximize sales over the course of the sales event.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will have at least 5 - 10 years of automotive retail experience, including sales management experience and a proven track record of sales success. A relevant post-secondary education is an asset, as is fluency in German, French or a second language.
With outstanding communication skills, you will have the confidence and energy to deliver compelling presentations and ignite passion and drive in the teams you train. As host of the private sales events, you will also have exceptional personal presentation. Highly organized and detail orientated, you will be adept to working in a fast paced environment, multitasking and making sound decisions on the fly.
