Description

Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, this position provides Administrative support to the Administrative and Human Resources team at our McClean Lake Operation.

Logistics responsibilities include:
Process all Transportation and Accommodation Request forms for any persons requiring travel to site
Routine daily flight duties
Prepare Off Site Gate Passes and Gatehouse Memos
Ability to work in a cross-cultural work setting.

General Administrative responsibilities include:
Operation of switchboard, ground radios, and relaying messages
Assist with the preparations for tours
Completion of daily and weekly reports
Time card entry on SAP system for all McClean employees
Process vacation request forms
Distribute incoming mail
Other various duties and responsibilities

Qualifications for the position include:
Must be a Resident of Saskatchewans North (RSN)
Possess a grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Experience in SAP is an asset.
Working knowledge of office machines (i.e. computers, printers, fax, etc.)
            
Work Location & Schedule:  McClean Lake; 7 days in /7 days out  77 hours/shift

Pick-Up Points:    Saskatoon, Prince Albert, La Ronge, Buffalo Narrows and the designated communities in the Athabasca region (Uranium City, Fond du Lac, Stony Rapids, and Wollaston)
