Human Resources, University of Saskatchewan, is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Human Resources Analyst to join our team. Our HR Analysts have the unique opportunity to learn and develop expertise as an HR generalist in labour and employee relations, specifically collective agreement and legislation interpretation and application, performance management and attendance support, progressive discipline, coaching and feedback. Additional areas of development and advisory support to clients include recruitment, compensation/total rewards, benefits and information management. Ensuring that programs, services and policies are aligned with the Universitys strategic directions, our Human Resources Analysts provide exemplary client service, research and analysis, implementation and administration of related programs and services, and they actively participate in development and delivery of programs for organizational effectiveness.
