Responsibilities:
Monitor status of servers for VLT and SLOT programs
Perform M4 trouble ticket maintenance for VLT and SLOT programs
Monitor problems to ensure network stability and timely resolution
Maintain and update site operator files
Provide IS Security administration support including
o Password control/authorization
o Password reset support to SIGA employees
Provide End of Day processing, including;
o Invoicing
o Production of various reports for the Slot program
o Production of revenue and game data reports for VLT program
o System integrity testing
o Identification of Accounting process adjustments
Provide coverage to Retail Services by
o Processing calls received
o Dispatching service calls as required
o Isolating network and terminal problems
Act as liaison with SLGA, SaskTel, and SIGA
May require on call support after hours on a rotational basis
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years computer related experience
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Strong understanding of computer security processes
Must be available to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule
Strong customer service skills
