Description

The Chief Information Officer is an addition to the Brandt Group of Companies team at our Head Office located in Regina.  

Responsibilities

- Implementation and maintenance of an ERP platform to serve all segments of the organization and providing technological guidance to the organization.  
- Responsible for evaluating current technologies, vendors and future trends and make recommendations that will have a positive effect company wide and drive business value.
- Establish and direct the strategic and tactical goals, policies and procedures for the IT department
- Lead projects
- Maintains security of all essential data and ensure complete backup of all computer systems
- Manages all personnel roles within the IT department.

Desired Skills and Experience

- University degree in computer science or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.  
- Experience either as a leader of an ERP implementation or in a major supporting role.
- A strong record of successful leadership and an advanced knowledge of ERP, networking, operating systems, and server architectures is required.  
- Proven experience in managing and directing employees in a data processing environment and require excellent communication, organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
