Red Seal Recruiting Solutions Ltd., is looking for a Commercial HVAC Service Manager for Saskatoon, SK. We are a specialized trades and industrial management recruitment company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Setting work priorities and directing work
assignments to ensure effective production and
total customer satisfaction.
Coordinate day-to-day activity of all
maintenance, service, installation and start- up
of new equipment.
Manage and develop the Service staff, which
includes training, evaluating and scheduling
employees.
Install, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul entire
heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration
and air conditioning systems.
Provide mentoring, technical and troubleshooting
support for HVAC technicians and respond to call
backs or difficult service calls.
Ensure that Technicians follow established
company practices and adhere to quality
workmanship.
Oversee inventory, vehicles, and communications
within the Service Department.
Prepare Survey/ document mechanical systems
belonging to new and existing customers.
Prepare for equipment, materials, projects, and
services and develop proposals for presentation to
customers.
Develop and maintain ongoing job cost accounting
to allow timely reviews of effectiveness and
profitability of all work performed.
Coordinate with senior management and other
divisions to develop and implement growth measures
to increase sales volume of the Service Team,
including promotion and sales of HVAC service and
repair capabilities to customer facilities.
