Description

- 3-5 years experience
- Background in construction as a supervisor or journeyman carpenter
- Full understanding and interpretation of construction drawings
- Knowledge in design/build and construction management, commercial, industrial and residential construction
- Ability to manage projects ranging from 1/2 million to 5 million dollars
- Estimating background beneficial
- Civil and Architectural background beneficial
- Responsible for the issuing of purchase orders to sub contractors
- Must have excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with employees and sub contractors
- Highly motivated and provide leadership
- A possitive attitude towards safety and a healthy work environment
