ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER ROLE
Lol is seeking a passionate, energetic and inspiring woman as a Full Time Assistant Store Manager for our Lol store in Regina, SK.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Deliver legendary customer experiences in the store
    Perform cash register/sales/returns, etc. and merchandising tasks, such as re-stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, receiving inventory & price labeling
    Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
    Work in partnership with the Store Manager and store employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence; communicating on marketing, promotions, etc.
    Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
    Embrace the Lol culture, values, beliefs, and lifestyle
    Be a team player and contribute to the store's success
    Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
    Master the collection, product technicality and promotional campaigns
    Work in partnership with employees to ensure clients needs and desires are met, and communicate to Store Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
    Retail management experience, preferably in a specialty store environment
    Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach and attention to detail
    Commitment to driving sales and building/solidifying a customer base, while maintaining performance levels
    Ability to lead by example
    Excellent customer service and selling skills
    Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
    Motivated and creative team player
