Description

Sunset Bay Leisure is a high end Hot Tub and Leisure company
looking to add to our great team.

Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
- Responsible for keeping front end of store clean and organized
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Recieve and process A/R payments
- Operate and maintain POS operating system
- Perform quick and efficient transactions
- Provide administrative support to accounting
- Ship and recieve parcels from couriers
- Order and recieve parts and chemicals
- Assist with processing warranty claims
- Invoicing

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Decision making and problem solving
- Customer Service and communication skills

* The sucessful candidate must be very well organized, good
with numbers, and be able to multi task. Attention to detail with
customer information is important.

* This position is Full- Time, Tuesday through Saturday.
Candidate must be able to work SATURDAYS.

** Experience in accounting is an ASSET.

*** This position begins IMMEDIATELY!

This position is a career within a growing company with potential
for advancment. Wage is negotiable after three months.
