Description

Required: 1 full time employee, 1 part time employee (2 days per week and more if needed
Monday to Thursday start @ 2:00pm
Friday start @ 9:00am
Position to start ASAP
We Require a Mature Responsible Individual who:
-         Is not afraid to take on additional responsibilities.
-    A person who pays attention to details
-    Is friendly and professional - able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed
-    Be a team player - ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done.
-    Self starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
-    Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems

Specific skills:
- Clean lunchrooms, offices, bathrooms, reception areas
-Collect garbage in all areas
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Dust  & wipe down furniture
- Sweep, mop and wash floors
-Sweep tunnels & stairs as required
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, Chairs, weekly cleaning of area rugs with carpet extractor.
- Wash windows & walls when required
- Seal and Wax floors as required and polish floors as required
-Crouching, bending, lifting (Maximum of 50lbs)

Must live within reasonable driving distance (30-45 min. driving time) of Lanigan.
