Description

Good Spirit School Division invites applications for the full time permanent position of Human Resource Manager with duties at the Fairview Education Centre located in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities and Duties:
This is an HR generalist position reporting directly to the Superintendent of Education responsible for Human Resources.  The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to management (Superintendents, Managers & Principals) in all areas of human resource professional practices and activities including:
-Support the recruitment/selection process for all staff along with full implementation and improved utilization of recruitment software/processes and HRISystem.
-Implement and manage an Attendance Support Program across the school division.

Education & Qualifications:
A post-secondary degree, in a field related to human resource management, such as: administration, industrial relations, commerce and 3 to 5 years related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  A CHRP designation is preferred.
