Description

In conjunction with several retailers in the province, SaskPower has been conducting a Lighting Discount Program in the spring and fall for several years now. The program involves retail customers receiving a SaskPower and manufacturer rebate on eligible products at time of purchase. Retail customers are very happy with the rebate they are receiving but are not aware that the rebate comes from SaskPower but rather the retailer.

Ambassadors will need to deliver a message on light bulbs talking about saving, investment, different types, colors, shapes, lumens and usage. Ambassadors will give each SaskPower customers promotional material (magnet) highlighting what was talked about. As well customers will be asked to leave their email address so SaskPower can conduct a short follow up survey.

Training: Webinar & Conference call: Week of September 29th, 2014  TBC

Job Responsibilities:
Host SaskPower Lighting Discount events in October
Transport event materials (booth, signage) to event locations, set-up and take-down of each event
Engage customers; answer questions about the program
Organize volunteers/service groups who will be assisting with the tire collection
Complete training and all shifts in October
Complete reports at the end of each week end
