Job Description:Wage will compensate with skills and experience
Chef
Greenwater Fishermans Cove in now accepting resumes for a full time Chef.
Anyone with an open work permit is encouraged to apply. At this time we do not have LMOs.
Accommodation and will be provided at a very reasonable rate.
Duties:
Preference would be someone who has several years experience in a full menu kitchen.
Prepare sauces, soups, salads, dressings, desserts, etc. Planning and preparing entrees and special menus for the day, handling party orders.
Responsibilities: Handling busy kitchen, day to day stock levels, wastage and cost controls. Managing daily operations of the kitchen Maintaining high performance standards. Keep the kitchen clean and follow all Government regulations.
Certificates required: Food Safe, any other training which would be helpful to this position.
