In turn, well help you build yours!

The Assistant Store Manager of Specialty Sales is committed to achieving RONAs service standards and maximizing sales and gross margin while providing commercial and installs customers with the best shopping experience possible.   The ASM directly supervises the Managers of Contractor and Installs Sales Departments to foster customer loyalty and growth while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate for this role will posses:

Positive attitude and abilty to lead the team
At least five years management experience in a pregnant retail home improvement environment or contractor or commercial project management experience
High level organizational and analytical skills with a strong focus on follow up
Ability to take full control of their responsibilities to initiate and execute
Proven ability and commitment to managing the performance of others; able to motivate, train and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability
High sense of urgency and drive; able to set priorities, deliver results within deadlines  and remain calm in stressful situations
Basic understanding of finance and budgets; annual business plans, sales, margins, expenses, budget control, P&L statements
Overall knowledge of the business strategic position in the market
Flexible availability based on store needs (includes evenings and weekends)
