Duties and Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate and promote client driven attitude with all client and public communications
* Work with various business partners to achieve business goals through active communication and team work
* Arrange meetings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
* Develop building management processes to meet client requirements
* Perform regular property inspections of client suites, common areas, building exteriors, and landscaping
* Ensure effective management of loss prevention, risk management, security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping, snow removal and other daily activities
* Build our business with powerful leadership, team work and dynamic communication skills
* Must possess a clean Criminal Record Check

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a management role related to our industry. As our ideal candidate you will have post secondary training in business, property management and or a related field. Ideally, you will have leasing, sales, client service and retail property management experience. As a Property Site Manager we expect that you will have effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of our organization. You will provide leadership and support for supervisors to enable them to properly manage their employees in order to drive results and achieve top performance.
