Virtus Group is the largest independent Chartered Accountant and Business Advisory firm in Saskatchewan. Our team of approximately 90 professionals has offices in both Saskatoon and Regina. We recently celebrated our 50th anniversary of helping business owners throughout the province and beyond.
Based in our Saskatoon office, this position reports to our Director of Finance and Administration and is responsible for providing administrative support to other members of the Firm. The role requires the ability to continually learn and use new skills, and to work in a high paced changing environment. As a member of a team, we are looking for those that excel in group situations and are able to accept responsibility and present a positive and constructive attitude.

An Office Administration or Office Education diploma would be desirable. Skills should include advanced computer literacy with experience in the use of MS Office. Experience with accounting software would be an asset. We are looking for excellent communication skills both verbal and written, a solid knowledge of general office procedures and an ability to work with minimal supervision. Expected related experience would be 3+ years.
