Bourgault is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, located in the Alberta region.
The Sales Manager is responsible for working with the North American Sales Leader to establish and achieve the sales goals in his/her respective territory (Alberta).
The Sales Manager is responsible for providing product information and support for all company products, in order to motivate and encourage dealerships to effectively promote and retail each company product, achieving unsurpassed customer satisfaction and reaching their full sales potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, productive relationships with all departments within the dealerships
- Advise corporate management of trends in the industry by providing feedback
- Attend trade shows, demonstrations and customer clinics
- Resolve dealer concerns, problems and frustrations as they arise
- Assist the service department in resolving customer complaints
Qualifications:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in an agriculture or mechanically oriented course (examples: B.Sc. in Engineering, B.Sc. in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering Technologist)
- Sales training courses or additional degrees in business management are a strong asset (B.Comm., MBA, CMA)
- Experience in agricultural machinery sales
- Readily able to establish and develop strategic relationships and partnerships
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Sound leadership skills and the ability to influence people and manage projects
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to work from a home office, located within the sales territory (Alberta).
Salary Range:
- $67,676 - $98,694 (plus sales bonus)
- Starting Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
