An exciting opportunity has opened up in Saskatoon. We are recruiting for an energetic Receptionist/ Administration Support to work Part Time in our Saskatoon Adecco office. In this position you will work 12PM- 5PM, Monday- Friday. The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for providing support to Staffing Coordinators and Permanent Placement Consultants. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills with Microsoft; word, excel and outlook and have exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate person and record messages
-Inform public on how to register/ apply with Adecco
-Provide support to the Staffing Coordinators and Permanent Placement Consultants
-Provide superior customer service to walk-Ins, associates and clients
-Draft Job descriptions and post vacancies on internal and external websites
-Prescreen resumes
- Data entry
-Schedule and book interviews using Outlook and Custom Match
-Filing and keeping reception/ foyer area tidy
-Other related duties
The successful candidate must have:
-Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar position
-Possess advanced computer knowledge especially with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong language skills, both oral and written
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
-Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities and the ability to prioritize
-Positive Attitude
