The Ranch Ehrlo Society in partnership with the Regina QuAppelle Health District is hiring creative craft and sports and physical activity instructors. Hired individuals would start September 13th and the position will run until the end of June 2015. Scheduled Instructors will work every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m.
Expectations for this position:
Individuals hired for this position will have previous experience working with young people with autism, be able to follow and carry out daily planning, must be able to work under minimal supervision, demonstrate strong group management skills, quality relationship control and be able to teach youth with Autism, between ages eight and 12, a variety of crafts and physical activity.
All applicants must be ENTHUSIASTIC! They must be patient, flexible, encouraging and be able to manage groups of 12 youth with autism. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working with youth in the human services field or a university student.
All successful applicants must a criminal record check and two references prior to starting.
