Position Summary
The Business Discount Account Manager focuses on retaining and increasing Custom Print sales by effectively selling a wide range of custom printed products. The Account Manager is wholly responsible for the satisfaction, growth and development of his/her account base of approximately 500 - 700 accounts. Manage all pre-sale inquiries in a timely and professional manner through different channels of lead generation. Promote cross sell and up-sell opportunities, and support post-sale customer needs for the various channels (Retail, Direct, .com). Conduct acquisition and share of wallet interactions to identify and secure incremental CP opportunities. Coordinate responses and orchestrate projects between Copy/Print and DCS teams.

Pay: Competitive Pay plus sales commission. Pay will be commensurate with Experience and Qualification
