The successful candidate in this challenging role will assist the Regina Financial Centre management team in achieving profitable and sustainable growth. You are a leader and have experience in recruiting, training, coaching and developing recruits into self-confident, successful financial sales professionals.

You must also have a successful background in sales management, a proven record of attraction power, strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Main Accountabilities:
Achieve continuous net gain and contributing to the management functions of the Financial Centre by:
Recruiting and selecting sales advisors
Providing sales training for advisors
Conducting joint fieldwork
Assisting in setting advisor's goals
Monitoring advisor's performance and growth
Enhancing advisor learning
Enhancing Financial Centre culture
Motivating advisors

We are willing to consider people not currently working in Sales Force Management for this role. If the successful candidate is not currently in a Financial Centre Management role, they will enter the Manager Training Program and begin work as a Manager Trainee within the Regina Financial Centre.
