Landscape Construction Team Lead

We are looking for motivated and energetic team leaders to join our Construction Division servicing the Saskatoon area.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully execute install of patios, retaining walls, decks, fences, and general hard/soft landscapes.
- Lead a small team of 2 5 team members, providing a positive leadership example
- Execute successful landscape projects with accuracy, efficiency, and avoiding loss of time pertaining to a lack of planning
- Operations of a variety of equipment with valid operating certifications (skid steer, loaders, tandems, sanders)
- May perform the same duties as team members supervised
- Train, educate, and mentor, lead and inspire team members
- Manage client relationships to deliver successful execution and exceptional service
- Able to read and interpret design/drawing plans/schematics/site plans/blueprints
- Facilitate tool box meetings
- Complete and submit all required documentation daily
- Familiarity with budgets; ensure targets are met
- Strong adherence to safety policy and protocol
- Aligning with ULS company culture and Core Values
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years landscaping, snow removal, and/or construction experience
- Able to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time in a variety of outdoor environments (ability to lift 50 lbs.)
