To prepare nutritious, appetizing, and attractive meals, while working as a team with other Food Services staff members to provide smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the Kitchen area. In addition, this position requires cross-training in the areas of serving, dishwashing, and cooking in order to provide additional staffing resources on a relief basis. Cooking experience is essential. Baking skills would also be an asset.
Dishwashing Skills
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
