Immediate opening for full-time office administrator in a fast-paced real estate office.
Successful applicant must have the following qualifications:
*Min of 3 years experience in office administration a must
*Must have good clear spoken and written English communication skills.
* strong typing and computer skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Office, etc.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Good bookkeeping skills
* Ability to multi task
* Comfortable in business environment where priorities can change quickly
* Hard-working and able to meet deadlines
* Experience in legal or real estate office would be an asset
