Reporting to the Director, Service Excellence, the Digital Strategist provides leadership to SLGA divisions in the development, implementation and evaluation of approaches to doing business online, which aim to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SLGAs online service offerings and ultimately improve service delivery to customers. The Digital Strategist designs and leads SLGAs digital strategy and program, including web, mobile and social presence, and is responsible for bringing a customer-centric vision to re-shaping online service delivery. The Digital Strategist ensures consistent, effective and fiscally responsible digital development for SLGA. The Digital Strategist also manages day-to-day operations of SLGAs website, employee intranet site, online services and digital presence.
