We are currently seeking a Machinist for our Equipment Solutions Division.


Education, Qualifications, and Experience

Candidates require a minimum of 3 years practical experience in the machining trade. The preferred candidate will be familiar with both Conventional and CNC machining. Experience with the following equipment would be an asset, Mazak VMC (Mazatrol) & Toshiba HBM (Tosnuc 888 G&M Codes)

Applicants must have the ability to:

- Read, understand, and interpret blueprints
- Work to tolerances plus or minus 1 thousandth of an inch
- Set up fixtures and work pieces in lathes, milling machines and boring mills
- Operate lathes, milling machines and boring mills
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining procedures
- Select appropriate machining parameters (machine feeds and speeds)
- Maintain standard maintenance procedures on lathes, milling machines and boring mills
- Work in a low volume, high quality environment
- Work in a team environment
