Lending Support Supervisor

Passionate about developing a career in leadership, you are a natural at motivating teams to achieve high-quality results, coaching colleagues, and positively support organizational-wide initiatives. Experienced and knowledgeable in commercial and agricultural lending, you will help lead a dynamic team in the day-to-day management of the centralized lending functions.

Were looking for someone who has three to five years experience in the financial services industry, a thorough knowledge of lending products and services.  Additionally, you are well versed in commercial and agriculture lending policies, procedures, and best practices, relevant legislation, and regulatory reporting.
