IRC is the leading provider of vocational, medical, return to work, disability, and absentee case management. We provide quality human resource services and employment counseling/placement to insurance companies, provincial and federal government, and private industry. We are looking for energetic people, who possess exceptional time management and organizational skills and are interested in working in a fast paced environment. We can offer full time employment. Individual MUST possess at a minimum, an undergraduate degree in social sciences, human resource, etc. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START WORK NO LATER THAN July 30, 2014.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, both spoken and written. We are looking for individuals with experience in claims adjustment, vocational case management, disability management, human resources, mental health, and those who possess or are eligible to hold the RRP designation. A degree is mandatory. Travel is required. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
