Express Wireless is searching for a confident, independent individual who are ready to take action and initiative.
Responsibilities:
Managing all in-store Sales, Service and Operations.
Driving force behind the stores overall achievement of targets for all lines of business.
Continually leads all aspects of service including client care, product care, E-learning, Product knowledge training, employee development.
Complete store level administrative tasks such as; inventory management, cash management, and in-store communications.
Callback existing Express Wireless clients and customer base for the purpose of gaining sales leads and referrals.
Promoting and selling services
Building trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships
Understanding current and prospective customers' communication needs, business issues, and buying motives
Delivering the right solution for clients' evolving business requirements with prompt and efficient service
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by driving real and long standing business value
Positively represent Express Wireless values at work and in the community
Qualifications:
2-3 Years experience in a managerial role
Commitment to driving sales performance through proven coaching and training skills.
Technical sales knowledge
Knowledge of the Wireless and TV industry is an asset
Solution selling or customer-centric sales methods knowledge and experience is an asset
Ability to think and act strategically, including navigation through all levels of a client or prospect organization
Selecting and qualifying profitable opportunities
