Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant, Landmark (South) location hiring Bartenders:

- 1 full-time
DAYTIME BARTENDERS: 10:30AM-5PM or 6PM (APPROX.)
NIGHT TIME BARTENDERS: 5PM or 6PM-CLOSE (APPROX.

SHARE in the BI-WEEKLY TIP-POOL! YOU'RE A VERY IMPORTANT MEMBER OF OUR TEAM. Restaurant/ bartending experience of 0-1 yr. is great, but we will train you. Must be 19yrs of age. Must be able to lift heavy boxes, kegs, solve bar related problems. Must be outgoing, able to think quickly, work on your own & in a team. A fun & interactive work environment. Room for advancement into supervisor/duty management in the future; gain work experience, an excellent postition for extra income!

Requirements: working in a high volume restaurant/brew pub. Adhere to company policies, procedures & standards. High energy. Great work ethic. Good communication skills. Efficient, well organized & ready to work. Team work is essential.

Duties: dress neatly & well groomed at all times. Create a fun, energetic atmosphere for both guests & employees

Greet guests at the bar; serve/expo drinks & food in the bar area, prepare all drink orders for restaurant/pub sides, help servers expo drinks & food when required.

Help clear the bar area & tables, set-up the bar area & tables, general cleaning, restocking, etc. Appropriate safe food handling procedures.

Follow alcohol awareness procedures. Maintain an open, mature & respectful communication with all staff.

Must be able to carry trays of beverage, plates of food, stand, walk, reach, bend & clean during entire shift.

Maintain a clean & tidy work station. Learn to understand where you are needed most or what is a priority. Keep GM or MOD promptly & fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
