Online Retail Associate

The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club is looking for high energy, team oriented retail professionals to provide outstanding customer service to Rider Nations online market.

We are looking for an Online Retail Associate to join our online Webstore team.

Interested applicants should have at least one year retail experience in direct sales.  Demonstrated communication and organizational skills to multi task in a fast paced environment are definite assets.  Applicants will have high quality customer service skills in dealing with co-workers and the public.  Experience with professional photography equipment, Photo Shop, and online retail will be a definite asset but not required.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
    Completing order fulfillment such as picking, pulling and shipping orders out to online fans
    Providing superior customer service to our fan base
    Processing online orders through POS system
    Balancing online order, cash outs, & end of day tasks
    Troubleshooting customer issues and answering inquiries
    Assisting will retail associate tasks when required in front of store

Shift availability:  A variety of part-time shifts are available, including days, evenings, weekends. Feel free to include your availability in your cover letter!
