Pacesetter Homes, a division of western Canadas largest privately held real estate developer, Qualico, is currently seeking a Service & Warranty/Lock-out Technician in our Regina office.

As a leader in this position you will play an important role in planning, organizing and conducting single family residential construction programs. The position encompasses diverse responsibilities including scheduling, oversight of sub trades, quality assurance and safety compliance. A hands on approach to delivering a quality product and a positive attitude would be great assets in being successful in this position.

As a preferred candidate, your background includes at least five years of residential construction experience. You set high quality expectations and work well in a team environment. This position may lead to the Management of the Service & Warranty Department.
