Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for Experienced Administrative Assistant Jobs in Saskatoon, SK. These are casual positions with varied hours and days. We have openings for some long term and short term assignments, these can be day to day, week to week etc.
Administrative assistants should be friendly and professional with strong communication skills. We are looking for individuals to represent Adecco in various office environments therefore you must be adaptable and show initiative.
Daily duties for Administrative Assistant Jobs will vary with each location but could include:
- Reception
- Filing, scanning and data entry
- Basic Accounting including Invoicing, A/P and A/R
- Mail distribution
- Greeting and directing clients and customers
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant Jobs include all of the following:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- Data Entry experience, attention to detail
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative role
- Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
