RJ Farms & Grain Transport LTD runs up to 2,000 head of bison on our operation located near the village of Fairlight, SK (NW 24 20 32 - W1).
We currently have a vacancy for a full time / permanent specialty livestock worker responsible for the care and management of our herd.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience either working with bison or experience working with and managing bulls.
Responsibilities will include monitoring herd health including identifying & treating animal health problems, feed management and ability to operate skid steer, monitoring calving as well as performing general farm and maintenance duties as required.
Starting wage for this position will be $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
