Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
Have the responsibility to lead the day-to-day business activities and operation, which includes deposit, loan portfolios and assets of $40 million,
Ensure all deposit and lending activities are in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations,
Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of the annual budget for 5 staff,
Translate the credit union strategic planning goals and objectives into hands on operational goals and individual action plans for staff,
Be responsible for the appropriate on-going coaching and mentoring of staff, along with continuing the growth of a constructive company culture,
Deliver the marketing plans and programs that contribute to the continued growth and development of the Service Centre, while maintaining an active involvement in community activities.
As the successful applicant you:
Have past management &/or supervisory experience; Preference will be given to those candidates with Credit Union experience,
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of various computer software programs,
Have proven dedication to providing quality member sales and service.
