Aero Logistics America is currently looking for a Inventory/Warehouse assistant
Job Description:
Perform general warehouse work, including but not limited to packing, sweeping, cleaning, inventory maintenance, product pulling and preparation, etc
Complete basic inventory management tasks including but not limited to inventory checks, handling inventory, audits, dusting parts for shipment, preparation of paperwork, etc
Assist with preparing shipments for delivery and shipping, including shipping documentation
Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and cargo delivery cargo to points specified by customer or supervisor
Maintain equipment assigned to warehouse and clean the warehouse shelves and floors and windows
Prepare parts for proper storage
*Performs other assigned duties with regard to the movement of materials or equipment, preparation of material or equipment for packing, transportation, storage or removal from storage
*Performs audits and other duties as assigned.
Assist with packaging management, crate construction and repair
During down times, associate may have to assist with maintain hangar cleanliness, assist with cleaning of hangar floor, washrooms, hallways, offices etc
Assist the Facility Maintenance Supervisor with general hangar maintenance
From time to time associate may have to assist on hangar floor with aircraft positioning and hangar door operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
*Warehousing or inventory control training (preferred)
Requirements:
Must understand and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Previous inventory/warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Must have the ability to work both independently and as a team
PC management word, excel or other program experience
Must have a valid drivers licence
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in Spanish an asset, but not required
